K3 ships all orders through the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx.
We strive to offer all of our customers world class customer service and support. We assure you that every item we sell is brand new so you can get that new part smell when you open the package. We offer same day shipping on all orders placed before 3PM Pacific Standard Time. We may be open, but on U.S. holidays shipping may be suspended until the next business day.
No back orders. We are a direct-to-customer business who owns everything we sell, and sell only what we have in our warehouse.
Orders will ship same business day or next available business day. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of any package. U.S. orders should be received within 14 working days of placing it. More likely it will be received within 3 days. International orders will take longer. If for some reason there is a delay on our end, we will contact you to let you know the adjusted delivery time that you should expect. All shipping methods provide a order tracking number.
We will not accept requests to process and bill a shipment under another shipping account.
K3 ships throughout the world as permitted.
We will provide an order confirmation number to your email address. Please keep this information in a safe place. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of processing your order online please contact us immediately.
We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies. Contact us upon receipt. We will happy to fix it. Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase. An item being returned needs to be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging included. Item cannot show any signs of installation or wear. Used products will not be accepted for return. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Customer is to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Shipping fees are never refundable.
One year manufacturer guarantee from original purchase date. Item must be returned to be replaced. Pictures are not accepted.
K3 assumes no responsibility if end user manipulates or modifies product. Modified or manipulated items will not be under the guarantee.
Closeout items are final sales and do not have a warranty.
Your Credit Card Number
We do not store nor can we see your credit card number. We use a secure credit card processing company (SecureNet) to accept and charge your card. The only numbers we see are the last four digits of your card which is used for order reference only.
